Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact us first at mccurdysusan1974@gmail.com — do not send items back without prior approval, as we are unable to accept unauthorized returns.

Once we review your request, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Personal care goods (including beauty products), perishable goods, custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once accepted.
